Trifecta Athletics basketball lessons in Charlotte, NC go beyond teaching youth the skills needed to improve their game. Our professional instructors – all former pro or college athletes – know the importance of growing in strength, conditioning, and technique in all areas of fitness.
Private and group basketball lessons create a safe, encouraging environment for youth to learn healthy, proper habits as they challenge themselves to be better, stronger, and more passionate athletes.
Lessons are available in 30 and 45 minute sessions.
How to Schedule:
We offer a variety of basketball lessons. You can purchase single sessions or packages of sessions. To schedule:
- Choose your preferred type of session and your instructor and click search.
- Select your preferred time for your first (or only) session. Click Next.
- Log into our system or create an account. Choose whether you would like a single session or a package of sessions.
- Complete your enrollment.

All of our basketball lessons in Charlotte, NC are taught at the Trifecta Athletics facility and provided by trained professionals who were once pro or college basketball athletes.
Each lesson is 30 or 45 minutes long and we recommend a session duration of 4 to 6 weeks in order to emphasize and master each skill.
We recognize that many of our youth athletes are already playing on a club or school team. Our goal is to augment their current training and practices with a specialized focus on skills that will improve both individual and team abilities. Our basketball courts are available for basketball lessons in Charlotte, NC every day, giving us the flexibility to book lessons around your schedule and most importantly, help you reach your goals.
Professional Basketball Training
Your instructor will help evaluate areas that can be improved or enhanced and give your athlete the option to focus on those areas. Private lessons are about individual techniques and skills and are the perfect way to improve both confidence and accuracy to help each athlete become a stronger player and teammate.
